Clumsy thief tries to break into a school – gets stuck with his pants “up” on a fence

As the old proverb goes: “you reap what you sow” – of course, there is a lot of truth to it. Some people get in trouble right away for acting foolishly, while for others, it takes some time, but karma eventually catches up.

And most times, I don’t feel sorry for them.

Especially those who can not distinguish between what’s theirs and what’s not – I’m talking about thieves. They come in all kinds, white-collar, blue-collar, petty… it’s difficult to be empathetic when you see them getting caught.

Someone who really got a good taste of karma was a man who recently tried to break into a school in the city of Tucson, Arizona.

A hanging thief
The students from Miles School had the day off, and a janitor was the only one in the building. When he saw a man trying to break into a locked room in the premises, he confronted him.

The thief, who apparently thought the coast was clear, panicked and ran away. He tried to jump over the fence to escape – but ran into trouble, or karma, hard to tell.

The guy’s oversized pants got stuck in the fence. It all ended with him hanging upside-down on the railing – with his underwear completely exposed.

As this was happening, Jesse Sensibar and Kristin Moodall drove by on their way eastbound and witnessed the “hanging thief.” Jesse snapped a picture, and when they tried to get back to help him off the fence, the police were already there.

Fence karma
Sensibar and Moodall claimed that the man was arrested. But when Tucson News Now, the first news site to write about the incident, contacted the police, they claimed such an event had not been reported.

It may seem strange, but no matter what, we can agree that engaging in burglary or thievery will net you some negative karma sooner or later.

We can assume this man regrets what he did – and hanging like that probably gave him time to think about his actions and the direction his life is going.
